This beautiful three bedroom Mediterranean style villa inside the Wyndham Rio Mar Grand Resort is perfect for your family vacation. If this is your first visit to Puerto Rico or your annual escape from the cold winter in the United States, this villa will become your home away from home. The Resort has everything you need for a great getaway. Puerto Rico's premier attraction, El Yunque National Rainforest, is just few minutes down the road and a visit to Old San Juan is just a short drive away.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops & stainless steel appliances. Fresh linens and towels are provided. It has three air conditioned bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a king size bed, a full bathroom and a Smart TV set. The second bedroom has a king size bed, a full bathroom and the third room has 2 full size beds. Wireless internet service is provided. There is a 55' LED Smart TV in the living room that has Cable TV plus connection to ALL subscription channels like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.. Living room is air conditioned. A BBQ grill is included for your use at the open balcony. Be advised that villa guests are not allowed to receive outside visitors. Great for family vacation.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was as it was described and in a beautiful spot. the host was responsive when I had questions. I only wished it had been communicated that I needed to place my brother, nephew and mom on the initial list as they were staying in a home on the property in a separate gated area and they were not allowed to park in our area so we could have dinner together. The instructions specified to list anyone staying and I understood that to mean sleeping at the location not to having 3 additional people for dinner. However, the property was very nice and I would most definitely stay there again.
